Many Tampa residents attended services for Cathy Holub March 30 and 31.

Lucille Kerbs and Julie Kerbs and Rustyn met Ashton Kerbs and Sydney March 31 for supper out at Lost Springs.

Nick Kleiber visited his grandmother, Leona Kleiber, March 31.

Prairie Pals met March 29 at Iona Dietrich’s home with Melissa Stuchlik as assisting hostess. The group brought candy and decorated bags for the community Easter egg hunt. Others present were Mary Clemmer, Eunice Steiner, Jeanne Rziha, Lori Meyer, Michele Berens, and Jane Vajnar.

Georgia Spohn met Lenora Graham and Paulette Zook of Florence March 29 at Hillsboro. They attended a Learning in Retirement program at Tabor College and had lunch out. The program was presented by a men’s chorus directed by Elvera Voth of North Newton.

Adeline Bernhardt, Leona Kleiber, and Edna Mueller were among those attending the open house March 28 for Steve and Myrna Eskelson’s golden wedding anniversary at Ramona.

Frank and Anna Mae Stika, Lori Moldenhauer, and Lisa Hanschu and Anna attended the Pilgrimage of Lights March 28 in Herington. Lori acted in the Palm Sunday scene.

Bonnie Haslouer of Abilene and Jeanne Rziha attended a choir concert at Saint Benedictine College March 28 in Atchison. Julie Rziha was one of the singers.

Rustyn Kerbs and Lucille Kerbs accompanied Connie Thompson of Abilene March 27 to Wichita for a volleyball tournament. Taylor Thompson played for the Abilene Aces. Her sister, Allison Phillips, is a coach for the team.

Dee Duggan picked up her granddaughter, Kaylee Hall, of Herington from school March 26. They went to Marion, then Kaylee stayed overnight with the Duggans. Dee and Kaylee attended the fire department fundraiser March 27 at Roxbury.

Adeline Bernhardt and Leona Kleiber enjoyed lunch out March 24 in Salina.

Tom and Lori Moldenhauer went to Salina March 27 for supper out in celebration of their wedding anniversary.

Anna Weber visited her grandparents, Frank and Anna Mae Stika, March 27.

Andrea Klenda and Leona Kleiber had dinner out March 19.

Seniors to meet in Lincolnville

Senior Citizens of Marion County, Inc. will meet at 9:30 a.m. April 16 at Lincolnville Community Building.

Mill levy requests will be reviewed and committee reports will be submitted.

Morning refreshments will be served but there will be no noon luncheon.

Anyone needing transportation should call the Marion County Department for Aging at (620) 382-3580 by April 15.
