Daniel Bowes, 36, Wichita, arrested Dec. 16 by Marion County Sheriff, accused of two counts of felony theft.

Rita Hood, 46, Marion, arrested Dec. 20 by Marion Police Department, accused of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and transporting alcohol in an open container.

Ira Johnson, 34, Topeka, arrested Dec. 19 by Marion County Sheriff for failure to appear.

Terrius Jones, 22, Salina, booked Dec. 14 by Marion County Sheriff for court commitment.

Kevin Neufeld, 27, Hillsboro, booked Dec. 14 by Marion County Sheriff for court commitment.

Nehemiah Violett, 21, Newton, arrested Dec. 14 by Peabody Police Department for failure to appear on Peabody municipal warrant.

Gary Williams, 52, Marion, booked Dec. 17 by Marion County Sheriff for court commitment.
