Albert Finney, 35, Marion, jailed Feb. 23 by Hillsboro police on a charge of criminal damage to property.

Joseph Frias, 30, Marion, jailed Feb. 21 by Marion police on charges of rape, domestic battery, criminal trespass, and criminal damage to property.

Kenneth C. Jost, 48, Marion, jailed Feb. 20 for allegedly violating probation.

Kenneth Lundgren, 59, Marion, jailed Feb. 25 on a charge of domestic battery.

Johney Strotkamp, 33, El Dorado, jailed and held for the Kansas Department of Corrections.
