NEW jailings

Joseph A. Biehler, 30, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving under the influence. Released four hours later on $1,000 surety bond. Previously jailed May 8 to 9, 2018, on suspicion of possession of drugs and paraphernalia and criminal use of a firearm; Oct. 6, 2018, for probation violation; Feb. 22 to 24, 2019, for probation violation; Nov. 9 to 10, 2019, on suspicion of possession of drugs, stolen property, and a weapon by a felon, falsely reporting a crime; Dec. 14 to 15, 2019, for failure to appear in court; Jan. 4 to 5, for burglary and theft and failure to appear in court; and Feb. 24 to 25 for failure to appear in court.

Eddie J. Farner, 38, Tampa, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked and two counts of failure to appear. Held in lieu of $5,500 surety bond. Previously jailed April 23, 2018, for failure to appear in court, and June 18, 2018, for reasons not specified on the jail log.

Johnathan L. Graham, 27, Lincolnville, arrested Saturday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence. Released 12 hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Ashley B. Loomis, 31, Peabody, arrested Sunday by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Oct. 17, 2018, Dec. 11, 2018, July 10, 2019, Oct. 18, Nov. 27, Feb. 16, and July 25, mostly for failure to appear in court.

Janae N. Wiebe, 32, Marion, jailed Saturday to serve a two-day sentence. Released Monday. Previously jailed May 21 to 22, 2018, on suspicion of driving under the influence, and Oct. 22, 2018, and June 24, both for failure to appear in court.

Cyle L. Wilson, 27, Marion, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of possession of stolen property, criminal damage to property, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Released Monday on $20,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 16 to 17 on suspicion of burglary, trespass, and theft, June 23 on suspicion of driving a car without an ignition interlock device, no proof of insurance, driving in violation of license restrictions, driving a vehicle with improper registration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and July 25 for failure to appear in court.
