NEW jailings

Ashley N. Campbell, 33, Enterprise, arrested Oct. 13 on four warrants alleging failure to appear in court. Released Saturday on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Jan 6 to 8 on four warrants alleging failure to appear in court, Oct. 19 to 23, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery and a warrant alleging failure to appear in court, Oct. 6 to 7, 2019, on suspicion of criminal damage to property, Sept. 20 to 26, 2019, on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court, and March 16, 2019, on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving left of center.

Matthew C. Hewitt, 24, Council Grove, arrested by Marion police Oct. 15 on suspicion of probation violation. Released two hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Justice L. Johnson, 19, Goessel, arrested Oct. 15 to serve a two-day sentence from Goessel Municipal Court.

Kevin L. Lemon, 50, Overbrook, arrested Saturday on suspicion of aggravated assault. Released five hours later on his own recognizance. Previously jailed Sept. 27 to 28, 2019, for failure to appear in court, Aug. 3, 2018, for giving a worthless check, and Dec. 22 to 23, 2017, for failure to appear in court.

Nathan A. Porter, 39, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of aggravated burglary, criminal threat, and domestic battery. Released Sunday on $10,000 surety bond.
