NEW ARRESTS

Anna M. Baugh, 18, Hillsboro, jailed for 48 hours Wednesday on court orders.

Amanda D. Brown, 28, jailed Saturday for allegedly failing to appear in court. Released two hours later on $100 cash bond. Previously jailed June 2, 2018, and April 16 and May 17, also for allegedly failing to appear in court.

Joey A. Brunner, 38, Ramona, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of disorderly conduct and violation of an order of protection. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond.

Johnny A. Dolph, 46, Florence, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of making a criminal threat, violating an order of protection, criminal trespassing, and two instances of probation violation. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed March 15 to 16, June 6 to 11, July 6 to 19, and Sept 25 to Oct. 3, 2018, along with Oct. 22, 2018, to March 14, 2019. Those jailings were on suspicion of driving with a suspended license (twice) and without a license plate, violating a protective order, making a criminal threat (twice), theft, assault, domestic battery, selling a vehicle with a destroyed ID number, possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and seven instances of allegedly failing to appear in court.

Jenaro O. Guerrero-Pizano, 31, McPherson, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and of driving without a license. Released 14 hours later on $200 cash bond.

Toby L. Jones, 29, Canton, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of disorderly conduct and being a pedestrian under the influence of intoxicants. Released 12 hours later on $1,500 surety bond. Previously jailed June 8 through Aug. 3, Sept. 4 and 5, and Nov. 11 through Dec. 17 for probation violation and on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a required ignition interlock.

Cody L. Partridge, 21, Peabody, arrested Thursday by Peabody police for failing to appear in Peabody municipal court. Held in lieu of $840 cash bond. Previously jailed Feb. 14 to 19 for allegedly failing to appear in court.

Bruce W. Richardson, 46, Galva, arrested July 16 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of interfering with law enforcement, of possessing opiates, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, of a repeat offense of driving while his license was suspended, and of operating a vehicle without registration or liability insurance. Released eight hours later on $5,000 surety bond.

Ian A. Weisbeck, 42, Hillsboro, jailed Friday after allegedly failing to appear in court twice. Held in lieu of $350 cash bond. Previously jailed Nov. 26 to Dec, 12 and Jan. 23 to Feb. 12 on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property, for other allegations of failing to appear in court, and for allegedly violating probation.
