NEW jailings

Paul F. Baatrup, 19, Marion, jailed Friday on warrants alleging indirect contempt of court and violation of the offender registration act. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. He was previously jailed April 15 and May 15, both on suspicion of violation of offender registration act.

Joseph W. Byrne, 36, Midland, Texas, jailed Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Released half an hour later on $250 cash bond.

Joshua G. Loeser, 41, Marion, jailed Sunday on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 10 hours later on $500 surety bond.

Preston T. McNamara-McGauvran, 21, Independence, 21, jailed Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear. Held in lieu of $1,000 surety bond.

Kade M. Warner, 34, Florence, jailed Thursday on suspicion of driving while suspended. Released Friday on no bond. He was previously jailed April 7 on battery on a law enforcement officer and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
