NEW jailings

Donald D. Feckner, 58, Goessel, jailed April 15 on suspicion of domestic battery. He was released an hour later on his own recognizance.

John A. Ottensmeier, 37, Marion, was jailed at 3:24 a.m. Sunday on suspicion of driving under the influence and failing to report damage to an unattended vehicle. He was released six hours later on his own recognizance.

James A. Wullenweber, 37, Hillsboro, was jailed at 3:24 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery. He was released six hours later on his own recognizance. He was previously jailed June 2, 2018, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, battery, and assault.
