NEW jailings

Clayton T. Lingenfelter, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Released 3½ hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed April 18 to Dec. 12, 2018; after being sentenced for criminal possession of a weapon by a felon.

Richard T. Litton, 34, Peabody, jailed Wednesday on court orders related to three criminal cases and held without bond. Previously jailed Jan. 9 and 10 on suspicion of domestic battery, Nov. 3 to 11 on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property,; and Oct. 10 and 11 on suspicion of battery and resisting arrest, Nov. 30 to Dec. 11 for allegedly failing to appear in court and Feb. 1 to April 12, 2018, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, falsely reporting a crime, aggravated assault, assault of a law enforcement officer, endangering a child, and criminal possession of a firearm by a felon.

Sarah A. Malone, 25, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released Friday on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed July 25 on suspicion of giving a worthless check.

Brandon S. Toon, 35, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana. Released 3½ hours later on $5,000 surety bond.

Eric J. Williams; 32; Marion; arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement; use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia; driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked; and possession of opiates and marijuana. Held in lieu of $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Jan. 21 to 27; May 28 to 31, 2019; July 27 to Aug. 2, 2018; April 16 to 17, 2018; March 22 to 26, 2018; March 10, 2018; Dec. 21, 2017; Dec. 31, 2018 to Jan. 19, 2019; and Dec. 21, 2017; on warrants alleging failure to appear, probation violation; and contempt of court; Sept. 1, 2018, on suspicion of driving without a valid license; March 17 to 18, 2019, and June 28, 2018, for probation violation; Nov. 5 to 9, 2018, on suspicion of burglary and criminal damage to property; and April 27, 2018 to May 2, 2018, to serve a five-day sentence.
