NEW jailings
Nancy K. Blankley, 58, Goessel, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of conspiracy to commit domestic battery. Released 45 minutes later on her own recognizance.
Toby L. Jones, 30, Canton, jailed July 7 for allegedly failing to appear in court. Released 20 minutes later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed June 8 to Aug. 3, 2018, and Nov. 17, 2018, to Dec. 17, 2018, to serve sentences; Sept. 4, 2018, for allegedly violating probation; July 21, 2019, on suspicion of disorderly conduct and being a pedestrian under the influence; Oct. 3 to 4, 2019, on suspicion of criminal damage to property; and Feb. 10 to 19 for failure to appear.
Jerry H. Shulka, 58, Peabody, jailed July 8 for alleged failure to appear. Released 1½ hours later on $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 29 to March 1 on suspicion of operating a vehicle without a valid license and possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia.
Laramie J. Siebert, 41, Marion, arrested July 7 by a state trooper on suspicion of driving without an ignition interlock. Released 1½ hours later on $2,500 surety bond.
