NEW jailings

John R. Davis, 32, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for reasons not specified on the jail roster. Released Sunday. Previously jailed July 6 to 10, 2020, for failure to appear in court, and Nov. 15, 2017, for probation violation.

Laramie J. Siebert, 42, Marion, Indiana, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence, operating a car without an ignition interlock device, and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released Saturday on $2,500 surety bond.

Brittnee N. Smith, 28, Newton, arrested Thursday by Marion police on suspicion of criminal trespass and criminal threat to cause terror, evacuation, or disruption. Held in lieu of $1,000 surety bond.

Helen F. Smith, 54, Peabody, arrested Feb. 3 by Peabody police on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, anhydrous ammonia, with intent to use, and possession of a controlled substance. Released Friday on $5,000 surety bond.
