NEW ARRESTS

Paul F. Baatrup, 20, Marion, jailed for two days, starting Friday, on court orders. Baatrup has been jailed five other times since April 15, 2019, including for contempt of court, for three times failing to appear in court, and for allegedly violating offender registration on repeated occasions.

Mathew L. Bice, 37, Marion, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of distributing drugs and possessing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. Jailed two other times since June 28 on suspicion of possessing drugs, paraphernalia, stolen property, and an illegal concealed firearm; interfering with a law enforcement officer; and possessing paraphernalia to manufacture drugs.

Eddie A. Eaves, 38, McPherson, jailed for two days, starting Friday, on court orders. Jailed four other times since May 15, 2018, on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment, aggravated domestic battery, two courts of regular domestic battery, criminal restraint, fleeing police, unsafe turning or stopping, improper passing, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Ashley N. Campbell, 33, Lost Springs, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on a warrant alleging violation of probation. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond. Jailed six other times since March 16, 2019, on suspicion of 11 times failing to appear in court, two counts of domestic battery, and one count each of criminal damage to property, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving on the wrong side of the road.

Mark F. Coitrone, 29, Wichita, jailed May 19 for 30 days on court orders. Jailed two other times since Aug. 31, 2018, for suspicion of domestic battery, attempted battery, interference with a law enforcement officer, violating an order of protection from abuse, and three times failing to appear in court.

Kayla S. Gosnell, 21, Hillsboro, arrested May 19 by Marion police for allegedly failing to appear in court. Released three days later on $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed May 12 and 13 on suspicion of possessing drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Patricia L. Miller, 40, Marion, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia. Released 15 hours later on $10,000 surety bond. Jailed three other times since Dec. 8 on suspicion of probation violation, possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked in addition to two unspecified warrants.

Julie T. Nash, 38, Leavenworth, arrested Sunday by Peabody police on suspicious of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
