NEW jailings

Justin L. Chrisjohn, 44, Marion, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of domestic battery. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed July 27 to 29, 2018, to serve a two-day sentence; June 8 to 17, 2018, to serve two 48-hour sentences; April 6 to 8, 2018, to serve a two-day sentence, April 6 to 8, 2018, to serve a two-day sentence; and Jan. 26, 2018, on a warrant alleging contempt of court.

Jason A. Felts, 42, Commerce City, Colorado, arrested Saturday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released Monday on $2,500 recognizance bond.

Jake A. Gentzler, 28, Wichita, arrested Saturday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of domestic battery. Released six hours later on $1,500 surety bond.

Steven A. Katz, 36, Hillsboro, jailed Sunday to serve a seven-day sentence. Previously jailed Aug. 2 on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, and criminal restraint.

Clayton T. Lingenfelter, 23, Hillsboro, arrested June 28 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of trespass. Held in lieu of a $1,000 recognizance bond. Previously jailed March 26 on suspicion of violation of the offender registration act; Sept. 16 to 17 on suspicion of burglary, theft, and violation of the offender registration act; Sept. 7 to 9 on a warrant alleging failure to appear; May 14, 2020, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; and April 18 to Dec. 12, 2018, to serve a sentence for criminal possession of a weapon by a felon.
