NEW JAILINGS

Kerry W. Anderson, 60, Wichita, jailed Nov. 10 for failing to appear in court. Released 4½ hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Jacob W. Barger, 19, Herington, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Nov. 28, 2020, on suspicion of distributing 25 to 450 grams of marijuana (enough to create 75 to 1,400 “joints”).

Ashlyee N. Hiebert, 21, Hutchinson, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Released four hours later on $25,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Aug. 17 to 25 for failing to appear in court and July 4, 2020, on suspicion of possessing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and opiates, narcotics, or stimulants.

Dawn N. Kohman, 39, Lincolnville, released Friday after being jailed for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed June 2 and 3, 2020, on suspicion of distributing opiates, narcotics, or stimulants and possessing drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture.

Jaysten L. McClure, 26, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously arrested July 12 and 13 for probation violation and Sept, 21 to 23, 2019, on suspicion of possessing and distributing opiates, narcotics, or stimulants; possessing drug paraphernalia; contributing to child misconduct; and failing to have a tax stamp for marijuana.

Francisco J. Rivera, 37, Newton, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Released 12 hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Leon N. Srisamutr, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving an unregistered vehicle on the wrong side of the road while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Released 3½ hours after his delayed booking on $2,500 surety bond.

Robert J. Stewart, 57, Genoseo, jailed Nov. 9 for failing to appear in court. Released Friday on $100 personal recognizance bond. Previously jailed June 3 to 5, 2019, also for failing to appear in court.
