NEW JAILINGS

Megan N. Hamilton, 31, Buhler, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on a Johnson County warrant for failure to appear in court and a Missouri warrant for violating probation. Held in lieu of $3,500 surety bond.

Stephanie L. Johnson, 43, Hillsboro, jailed Friday on suspicion of aggravated burglary, making a criminal threat, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing. Released Saturday on $7,500 surety bond. Previously jailed May 2 to 4, 2018, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Justin M. Loomis, 28, Marion, jailed Jan. 11 for violating probation. Released Saturday on $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed seven times since Feb. 23, 2018, for a total of 103 days on suspicion of attempted burglary, attempted theft, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and twice driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license and for nine times failing to appear in court.

Zachary T. Nickel, 20, Marion, jailed Monday for 30 days on court orders. Previously jailed five times since Nov. 5, 2019, for 144 days total, mainly on court orders but also on suspicion of theft and battery of a school employee.

Tiffiany D. Roberts, 32, Wichita, jailed Jan. 11 for contempt of court and violating probation. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 28 to Dec. 2, 2017, and June 4 to 11, 2018, for failing to appear in court.

Bryon K. Scaife, 51, Las Cruces, New Mexico, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on a St. Charles, Missouri, warrant for failing to appear in court. Released the next morning without bail.

Eric J. Williams, 34, Peabody, jailed Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on a warrant alleging failure to appear in Peabody municipal court. Released after six hours on $500 cash bond. Previously jailed 18 times since Dec. 21, 2017, for a total of 93 days — twice on court orders, once after bond was revoked, twice for violating probation, three times for contempt of court, and nine times for failing to appear in court in addition to arrests on suspicion of fleeing law enforcement; possessing drugs, marijuana and paraphernalia; burglary; criminal damage; and driving with no license and with a suspended, canceled, or revoked license.
