NEW JAILINGS
Tanner L. Jasper, 22, Hillsboro, jailed Jan. 18 for three times failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $30,000 surety bond. Previously jailed 13 times for a total of 198 days since Aug. 12, 2018, including five times for probation violation, three times for failing to appear in court, twice for being in contempt of court, and once on court orders. He also was suspected of making a criminal threat, theft by threat, interfering with law enforcement, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, driving without a license, and possessing drugs, marijuana, and paraphernalia and, while a minor, liquor.
Blake A. Likes, 20, Hillsboro, arrested Wednesday by a game warden on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, without liability insurance or registration, and without a valid license in addition to possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released two hours later on $1,500 surety bond.
Samuel I. Reffett, 39, Durham, jailed Friday for two days on court orders.
