NEW JAILINGS

Kyle D. Bowen, 25, Wichita, jailed April 12 for failing to appear in court. Released two days later on $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of 47 days since May 11, 2018. Jailings were on court orders, for failing to appear in court, for twice allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

April N. Fore, 34, Peabody, arrested Friday by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Released 2½ hours later with no bond listed. Previously jailed nine times for a total of 34 days since April 25, 2018. Jailings were on court orders, for 10 times failing to appear in court, for twice allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of giving a worthless check and of twice driving without a license.

Kelsie S. Glenn, 40, Florence, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine and anhydrous ammonia for meth’s manufacture. Released seven hours later on $5,000 surety bond. Arrested a second time Monday by a different sheriff’s deputy, this time on suspicion of possessing meth, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Released 10 hours later on $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed three times for a total of 21 days since April 20, 2018, on court orders, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and endangering a child.

Rebekah D. Hurd, 30, Gravette, Arkansas, jailed Thursday for twice failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $30,000 surety bond. Previously jailed three times for a total of 48 days since May 5, 2020, for twice failing to appear in court and on suspicion of possessing stolen property, counterfeiting, fleeing police, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and driving without a required anti-intoxication interlock.

Jonel I. Isaac, 23, Wichita, arrested April 13 by a state trooper on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released two hours later on $1,000 surety bond.

Dustin J. Luchi, 42, Marion, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of soliciting drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with a law enforcement officer, and driving without a license. Released the next day on $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed twice for a total of three days since April 1, 2021, on suspicion of distributing drugs, possessing drug paraphernalia, and twice driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

William R. Shearer, 40, Florence, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, revoked, or suspended. Released 11 hours later on $2,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Dec. 22 and 23 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, endangering a child, and again driving while his license was canceled, revoked, or suspended.

Gregory E. Sklenar, 60, Hillsboro, jailed Monday for seven days on court orders. Previously jailed Sept. 28 on suspicion of speeding, having obstructed windows, driving without liability insurance, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Helen J. Smith, 56, Peabody, jailed Friday for five days on court orders. Previously jailed three times for a total of 11 days since Aug. 5, 2020. Jailings were for contempt of court, for three times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and paraphernalia to make methamphetamine using anhydrous ammonia.

Christian F. Ward, 45, Hillsboro, arrested April 12 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating probation. Released four hours later on $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed June 18 and 19 on suspicion of criminal damage to property and aggravated domestic battery by choking.

Eric J. Williams, 34, Peabody, arrested Friday by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Released three hours later on $500 surety bond. Previously jailed 20 times for a total of 162 days since Dec. 21, 2017 — twice on court orders, once for bond revocation, for three times being found in contempt of court, for four times allegedly violating probation, for 12 times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of burglary, criminal damage to property, twice driving without a license, fleeing from law enforcement, and possessing drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
