NEW JAILINGS

Natasha E. Arnold, 41, Herington, transferred May 10 to Marion County Jail for failing to appear in court and on a warrant from Herington Municipal Court. Released Saturday after posting $5,250 in surety bonds. Previously jailed Feb. 10 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Daniel J. Billinger, 23, Wichita, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police for failing to appear in court. Released Friday after posting a $1,000 surety bond.

William P. Castleberry, 44, Burns, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of battery. Released an hour later after posting a $500 surety bond.

Pedro D. Martinez, 43, Sedgwick, arrested May 11 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of distributing drugs and marijuana and possessing drug paraphernalia and on warrants for failing to appear in court and regarding bond supervision in an out-of-county case. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond.

Bryce A. Naerebout, 23, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of drunken driving. Released six hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of six days since Jan. 29, 2019, for violating probation and on suspicion of having alcohol as a minor, speeding, domestic battery, and drunken boating.

Zachary T. Nickel, 20, Marion, arrested May 11 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating his probation. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of 217 days since Nov. 15, 2019, including on court orders and on suspicion of battery of a school employee, felony theft, and drunken driving.

Broch A. Rogers, 29, Hutchinson, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of 1,102 days since March 18, 2018, including on court orders and on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, criminal restraint, violation of a protection order, and violating his probation.

Mystery S. Prieto, 39, Peabody, jailed Monday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Dec. 13 and 14 on suspicion of possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it and of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Molly B. Schofield, 36, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing drugs, of driving without a valid license, and of more than one driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed May 2, 2022, on suspicion of violating her probation and Sept. 3, 2020, on suspicion of distributing drugs, possessing two other drugs, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Todd P. Singley, 45, Newton, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated battery. Released 11 hours later after posting a $5,000 surety bond.

Eric J. Williams, 34, Peabody, arrested May 11 by a sheriff’s deputy for twice failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $25,000 bond. Previously jailed 21 times for a total of 132 days since Dec. 21, 2017, twice on court orders, once for being in contempt of court, and also for failing to appear in court 13 times, for having his bond revoked, on suspicion of four times violating his probation, and on suspicion of driving without a valid license; burglary; criminal damage to property; fleeing law enforcement; possessing drugs, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
