Kassandra K. Allen, 27, Burlington, arrested June 8 by Peabody police on suspicion of recklessly fleeing law enforcement and reckless driving. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond.
Bradley R. Billinger, 43, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery. Released 24 hours later after posting a $5,000 surety bond.
April N. Fore, 34, Peabody, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of 35 days since April 25, 2018. Previous jailings for 10 times failing to appear in court, three times violating her probation, and once on court orders. She also was jailed on suspicion of twice operating a vehicle without a valid license and of giving a worthless check
Stephanie L. Johnson, 43, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. Released three hours later on $10,000 personal recognizance. Previously jailed Jan. 14 and 15 on suspicion of aggravated burglary, making a criminal threat, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespassing and May 2 to 4, 2018, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Ardell P. Jones, 48, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines. Released 3½ hours later after posting a $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of 19 days since May 2, 2018. Initial jailings were on suspicion of a third or subsequent offense for possession of marijuana; attempted distribution of drugs; attempted use of drug paraphernalia, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. He later was jailed on court orders and on an unspecified warrant. He after that was jailed for failing to appear in court and on suspicion of again possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, again operating a vehicle without a license, being a felon in possession of a firearm, again possessing drugs, and two additional counts of distribution of drugs.
Westin S. McFall, 19, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released four hours later after posting a $500 surety bond.
Heidi A. Sellens, 52, Moundridge, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines. Released five hours later after posting a $5,000 surety bond.
Channing L. Wall, 25, Hillsboro, arrested June 7 by Marion police on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released 10½ hours later after posting $5,000 in surety bonds.
