NEW JAILINGS

Dakota L. DIllashaw, 28, Wichita, arrested Friday by the undersheriff for allegedly violating probation. Released 30 minutes later after posting a $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed eight times for a total of 191 days since June 12, 2017. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for failing to appear in court four times, and on suspicion of a previous probation violation, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.

Philip D. Heathcock, 53, Loveton, New Mexico, arrested June 21 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving as a habitual violated. Released three days later after posting a $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed three times for a total of 14 days since May 9, 2018. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court and on suspicion of violating probation and possessing and distributing opiates or other illicit stimulants.

Beretta P. Janzen, 25, Florence, jailed for 48 hours Friday on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of six days since July 11, 2018. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic battery three times, violating probation twice, and one time each of aggravated battery, assault, criminal restraint, and violation of an order of protection.

Todd P. Singley, 45, Newton, jailed June 22 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $15,000 surety bond. Previously jailed May 15 on suspicion of aggravated battery.

Dustin M. Steele, 33, Peabody, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released 10 hours later after promising $1,000 of personal recognizance. Previously jailed nine times for a total of 98 days since June 17, 2018. Previous jailings were for 12 times failing to appear in court and on suspicion of domestic battery, aggravated assault, driving with a suspended license, failing to display proof of liability insurance, displaying a license plate not assigned, violating bail terms, and three times violating probation.
