NEW ARRESTS
Jordan L. Fryhover, 24, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police for allegedly violating probation. Held in lieu of $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of 134 days from Feb. 6, 2020, to Jan. 13, 2022, on court orders, for three times failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating probation previously, and on suspicion of theft, possession of a stimulant and drug paraphernalia
Mendie L. Mason, 42, Hutchinson, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released 10 hours later after posting a $500 surety bond.
Luis C. Perez, 32, Hillsboro, arrested July 20 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving with a suspended, canceled, or revoked license. Released 19 hours later on a $1,000 promise of personal recognizance. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of 69 days from June 14, 2018, to May 1, 2022. Those jailings were on court orders three times, for failing to appear in court four times, for allegedly violating probation twice, and on suspicion of battery, making a criminal threat, criminal restraint, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, being a pedestrian under the influence of drugs or alcohol, burglary, and criminal trespassing.
Brent N. Potocnik, 34, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released four hours later after posting a $1,500 surety bond.
Josiah P. Tzolov, 19, New River, Arizona, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of fleeing law enforcement, reckless driving, driving without a valid license, and removing or destroying a vehicle identification number. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond.
Sherry A. Washburn, 54, Wichita, jailed July 19 by a bounty hunter for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond.
Dakota L. Williams, 19, Canton, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, being a minor in possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, speeding, and having a defective muffler. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Her first and last names are reversed on the jail’s inmate listing system.
