NEW ARRESTS

Natasha E. Arnold, 41, Herington, jailed Monday after being brought in by a bounty hunter for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of a $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed May 10 to 14 for failing to appear and on a Herington warrant and Feb. 10 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Kyleigh E. Clarke, 21, Meriden, jailed Sunday for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Feb. 22 to 24, 2021, on court orders and Aug. 4 to 6, 2020, for failing to appear in court.

Kevin W. Geren, 60, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy after failing to appear in court. Released three hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed July 11 on suspicion of possessing illicit stimulants and drug paraphernalia and of failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance. Jailed four additional times for a total of nine days between Dec. 18, 2018, and March 23, 2022, for four times failing to appear in court and on suspicion of distributing an illicit stimulant and of possessing marijuana, an illicit stimulant, and drug paraphernalia.

Patricia L. Miller, 41, Topeka, formerly of Marion, jailed Monday after being brought in by a bounty hunter for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of a $10,000 surety bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 72 days between Dec. 8, 2020, and June 29, 2021 — once on a Georgia warrant, once for allegedly violating her probation, and on suspicion of transporting an open container of alcohol, twice possessing illicit stimulants and drug paraphernalia, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoke.

Deontae J. Moore, 21, Peabody, jailed Monday after being brought in by a bounty hunter for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of a $5,000 surety bond.

Leslie O. Riggs, 29, Marion, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released eight hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond.

Darrin E. Tannehill, 25, Lincolnville, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating an order of protection. Released an hour later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Sept. 6 to 14 on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, criminal restraint, aggravated child endangerment, and criminal damage to property.

Wayne L. Thompson, 64, Marion, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond.

Brandon S. Toon, 38, Florence, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing illicit stimulants and drug paraphernalia and for six times failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of a $25,000 surety bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of 17 days between May 14, 2020, and June 6, 2022, for allegedly violating his probation, for 15 times failing to appear in court, and also on suspicion of displaying an unassigned license plate, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, trafficking in contraband in a correctional facility, twice possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and three times possessing marijuana.
