NEW JAILINGS

Kevin D. Bernhardt, 36, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for allegedly violating probation. Released four hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond. Previously jailed Nov. 13 to 15, 2020, on court orders and Dec. 7, 2019, on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery.

Thomas C. DeWitt, 40, Florence, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed June 3 to 5 on court orders and Nov. 19 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Dakota L. Dillashaw, 28, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of 202 days between June 12, 2017, and Oct. 3, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, for allegedly violating probation twice, for four times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Jordan L. Fryhover, 24, Hillsboro, jailed Thursday for violating his probation. Held without bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 138 days between Feb. 6, 2020, and July 26, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders, for allegedly violating probation twice previously, for three times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of theft and possession of stimulants and drug paraphernalia.

Natalie R. Geren, 40, Marion, jailed Oct. 12 for five days on court orders. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of 48 days between Dec. 12, 2018, and March 2, 2022. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating probation, for 15 times failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of domestic battery, interference with a law enforcement officer, battery of a law enforcement officer, and possession of a controlled substance, stimulants, and (twice) drug paraphernalia.
