NEW JAILINGS

Cameron D. Baker, 38, Junction City, arrested Tuesday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and of failing to appear in court, failing to have vehicle liability insurance, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released eight hours later on $1,000 surety bond.

Brady L. Blazek, 29, Marion, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana-derived cannabinoids and for failing to appear in court in Saline County on an assault charge. Released Monday after posting a $1,500 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 88 days between Dec. 22, 2018, and Dec. 18, 2020. Previous jailings were for contempt of court, for transport to the Department of Corrections, and on suspicion of two counts each of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, distributing stimulants, and being a felon on possession of a weapon plus single counts of distributing drug paraphernalia, failing to report an accident, violating offender registration, and violating probation.

Wyatt S. Craney 31, Lincolnville, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Sept. 21 to 23, 2018, also on court orders.

Tessa D. Gray, 30, Peabody, jailed Monday for allegedly violating probation. Held in lieu of $1,000 surety bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 14 days between March 27, 2018, and Oct. 3, 2022. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court three times, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Ashlyee N. Hiebert 22, Hutchinson, jailed Feb. 8 for allegedly violating probation. Released Monday after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 17 days between July 4, 2020, and Dec. 11, 2022. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court three times, on court orders once, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Beretta P. Janzen 26, Florence, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of nine days between July 11, 2018, and June 26, 2022. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating probation twice, on court orders once, and on suspicion of three counts of domestic battery and single counts of aggravated battery, assault, making a criminal threat, criminal restraint, and violating an order of protection.

Michael B. Nelson, 21, Marion, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $7,500 bond. Previously jailed March 24 through April 7 on suspicion of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, battery, and violating an order of protection from abuse.

Jeffery V. Prafke 41, Wichita, jailed Feb. 8 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $15,000 bond. Previously jailed Sept. 25 and 26 on suspicion of possessing and distributing stimulants, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing drug-manufacturing paraphernalia, failing to display proof of vehicle liability insurance, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
