NEW JAILINGS

Robert S. Ayers, 48, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy. Held for Kansas Department of Corrections.. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 204 days between Jan. 12, 2018, and June 29, 2022. Previous jailings were once on court orders, twice on motions to revoke his probation, three times for failing to appear in court, and once for unspecified reasons.

Danny L. Swiney, 38, Omaha, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failing to have vehicle liability insurance, having unlawful registration, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Held in lieu of $1,500 bond.

Monique D. Trigg, 29, Wichita, jailed Thursday for failing to appear in court. Released 48 hours later after posting a $7,500 bond. Previously jailed April 8 to 12, 2022, on suspicion of possessing and attempting to sell oxycodone, possessing marijuana and methamphetamine, and criminal use of a weapon.
