NEW JAILINGS

Robert E. Billsten, 54, Hillsboro, jailed Thursday for failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating his probation, and for forefeiture of a Sedgwick County probation bond. Held in lieu of $207,500 in bonds. Previously jailed May 27 on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia and of failing to have vehicle liability insurance.

Eric S. Decker, 51, Tonkawa, Oklahoma, jailed July 12 for failing to appear in court. Held without bond.

Anthony M. Garcia, 31, Haysville, jailed July 11 on suspicion of forgery and attempted theft by deception. Held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Tylor D. Patterson, 26, Burns, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of child abuse. Released two hours later after posting a $15,000 bond.
