NEW ARRESTS

James A. Christner, 46, Herington, arrested Friday by a state trooper on suspicion of speeding and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Andre B. Howard, 25, Newton, jailed Thursday for allegedly violating his probation. Released a day later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 35 days between Aug. 1, 2022, and June 25, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders, for failing to appear in court, and for allegedly violating his probation previously.

Ryan T. Inglett, 37, Manhattan, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving for a second time with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; interfering with law enforcement; and driving on the wrong side of the road. Released 10 hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Rachel N. Siebert, 45, Marion, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released 10 hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Corinthia C. Wood, 47, Florence, arrested by sheriff’s deputies twice Monday — first on suspicion of criminal trespassing and then, 14 hours later, on suspicion of battery. Released seven hours after the first arrest after posting a $500 bond and two hours after the second arrest after posting a $2,000 bond.
