NEW ARRESTS

David R. Dearring, 56, Ramona, arrested Sept. 5 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, driving an unregistered vehicle and without liability insurance, and failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $10,100 in bonds. Previously jailed April 4, 2021, and May 3, 2019, for failing to appear in court.

Kirby A. Jahnke, 51, Florence, jailed Sept. 6 on a warrant alleging aggravated battery, criminal restraint, and failure to appear in court. Held in lieu of $25,000 in bonds. Previously jailed four times for a total of 38 days between Dec. 17, 2018, and May 16, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic battery and forgery, for allegedly violating his probation, and on court orders.

Samantha N. Schmidt, 37, Goessel, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of burglary and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released Monday after posting a $10,000 bond.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 20, Peabody, jailed Sept. 6 for allegedly violating his probation. Released three hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed Jan. 23 and 24 on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; May 26 to 28 on court orders; and June 14 on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Dale E. Wuthnow, 59, Hope, arrested Sept. 5 by a sheriff’s deputy on a Dickinson County warrant. Released nine hours later after posting a $200,000 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 27 days between Jan. 6, 2019, and March 22, 2021. Previous jailings were on court orders and on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, improper driving on a laned roadway, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
