NEW JAILINGS

David L. Bean, 53, Newton, arrested Sept. 20 by Peabody police for allegedly violating his probation. Released two days later without bond. Previously jailed July 11 on suspicion of distributing depressants, possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, having no tax stamp for marijuana, and unlawfully obtaining a prescription drug.

Zachary M. Burwell, 26, Salina, jailed Sept. 19 for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of a $15,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of 10 days between March 13, 2022, and July 31, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon, domestic battery, battery, criminal damage to property, and violating an order of protection and for allegedly violating his probation.

Philip D. Heathcock, 54, Florence, jailed Sept. 20 for twice failing to appear in court. Released two days later on his own recognizance, promising to pay $10,000 should he fail to appear in court, and on a concurrent $20,000 bond from a previous arrest. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 21 days between May 9, 2017, and May 25, 2023. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating his probation three times, for failing to appear in court four times, and on suspicion of possessing and distributing stimulants and driving while a habitual violator.

Ashlyee N. Hiebert, 23, Hutchinson, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 29 days between July 4, 2020, and April 18, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; for failing to appear in court three times; for allegedly violating her probation; and on court orders twice.

Julie M. Snyder, 44, Inman, jailed Friday for allegedly violating her probation. Released eight hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of eight days between April 12, 2019, and July 2, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders twice and on suspicion of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked and of possessing stimulants, an undetermined controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.

Amanda J. Stanley, 30, El Dorado, jailed Sept. 19 for failing to appear in court and for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of $30,000 in bonds. Previously jailed May 16 and 17 on suspicion of theft and possession of stolen property and June 27 to July 19 for failing to appear in court.
