NEW JAILINGS

Brian L. Collins, 42, Wichita, jailed Nov. 14 for failing to appear in court. Released Sunday after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed July 22 on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Harrison B. Edwards, 34, El Dorado, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Bond not set.

Holly R. Hamm, 40, Hillsboro, jailed Nov. 15 for contempt of court. Held in lieu of $5,000 bond. Previously jailed Oct. 16 to Nov. 3 on suspicion of burglary and criminal trespassing.

William E. Nichols, 43, Marion, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating offender registration. Released the next day after posting a $5,000 bond.

Luis C. Perez, 33, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of attempted domestic battery and disorderly conduct by brawling or fighting. Released three hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed 16 times for a total of 154 days between June 14, 2018, and July 25, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court three times, for allegedly violating his probation three times, on court orders five times, and on suspicion of two counts of domestic battery and single counts of battery, making a criminal threat, criminal restraint, criminal damage to property, being a pedestrian under the influence of drugs or alcohol, burglary, criminal trespassing, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
