NEW JAILINGS

Marimila D. Guevara Salgado, 38, Gaithersburg, Maryland, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on a warrant accusing her of theft of property or services valued at $25,000 to $100,000. Bond not set.

Rony C. Lopez-Perez, 46, Wichita, arrested Saturday by a state trooper for failing to appear in court. Released less than an hour later after posting $177 cash bail.

Derrick E. Ratzloff, 27, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of 11 days between July 5, 2020, and Oct. 2, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders three times and on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and aggravated assault.
