NEW JAILINGS
Jason L. Anderson, 50, Peabody, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Released half an hour later, apparently without bond. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 42 days between Nov. 16, 2017, and Dec. 17, 2023. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating his probation, for failing to appear in court twice, on court orders twice, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and of distributing marijuana.
Brady L. Blazek, 30, Salina, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Released two hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 92 days between Dec. 22, 2018, and May 31, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of three counts of possessing drug paraphernalia; two counts each of possessing stimulants, distributing stimulants, and being a felon in possession of a weapon; and single counts of possessing marijuana, distributing paraphernalia, failing to report an accident, failing to register as an offender, and possessing a controlled substance. He also was jailed for previously violating his probation, for contempt of court, for failing to appear in court twice, and while being held for the Kansas Department of Corrections.
Jody A. Craig, 48, Marion, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed March 14 and 15, 2021, on suspicion of battery; May 5, 2022, for failing to appear in court; Aug. 17, 2023, for allegedly violating his probation; and Oct. 6 to 8 and 13 to 15 on court orders.
Braeden A. Hayes, 24, Wichita, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of seven days between April 18, 2021, and Aug. 6, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders three times and on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
Andre B. Howard, 26, Newton, jailed Jan. 16 for 30 days on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of 38 days between Aug. 1, 2022, and Sept. 1, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating his probation three times, and on court orders twice.
Michael D. McCullough Jr., 20, Wichita, jailed Monday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of 18 days between Dec. 29, 2021, and June 23, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders, for failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating his probation, and on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Brent N. Potocnik, 36, Hillsboro, jailed Thursday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed July 23, 2022, on suspicion of domestic battery and Dec. 1, 2023, for allegedly violating his probation.
