NEW JAILINGS

Sebastian J.L. Carranza, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and interfering with law enforcement. Held in lieu of a $27,000 in bonds. Previously jailed March 8 to May 20 for allegedly violating his probation and May 12 to 13, 2021, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Robin J. Hays, 45, Florence, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulants, depressants, and drug paraphernalia and failing to appear in court three times. Held in lieu of $75,000 in bonds. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 75 days between July 31, 2018, and April 9, 2024. Previous jailings were on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment by exposing a child to methamphetamine chemicals, twice possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, and once possessing marijuana; for allegedly violating her probation twice; and on court orders once.

Jeromy D. James, 43, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed March 31, 2023, for allegedly violating his probation and Sept. 5 and 6, 2021, on suspicion of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal restraint.

Dawn M. Setzer, 41, Peabody, jailed Friday for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 15 days between May 22, 2022, and Feb. 5, 2024. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing stimulants three times and drug paraphernalia twice; for allegedly violating her probation once before; and on court orders twice.
