NEW ARRESTS

Brian W. Hiebert, 28, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked in addition to failing to appear in court and allegedly violating his probation twice. Held in lieu of $27,000 in bonds. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of all or part of 193 days between Aug. 18, 2018, and April 22, 2024. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court four times; for violating his probation three times; on court orders once; for contempt of court twice; and on suspicion of five counts of theft and single counts of contributing to a child’s misconduct; supplying alcohol or beer to a minor; burglary; criminal trespassing; possessing marijuana, another controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia; driving without a valid license, registration, and liability insurance; interfering with law enforcement; forgery; and criminal use of a financial card.

Adam T. Mosier, 36, Walton, jailed July 2 for 28 days for violating his probation. Previously jailed April 19 to 21 on court orders and April 25 and 26, 2023, on suspicion of domestic battery.

Patric G. Patterson, 26, McPherson, arrested July 2 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of burglary, two counts of theft, and three McPherson County warrants. Held in lieu of a $7,500 bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 267 days between Nov. 3, 2017, and June 1, 2019. Previous jailings were on suspicion of two counts of criminal damage to property and single counts of criminal trespassing, battery, making a criminal threat, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit theft; for failing to appear in court three times; for violating his probation six times; for contempt of court once; and on court orders twice.

Amanda J. Stanley, 31, Wichita, jailed July 3 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 72 days between May 16, 2023, and Feb. 23, 2024. Previous jailings were on suspicion of theft and possession of stolen property, for failing to appear in court twice, and for violating her probation twice.

Levi S. Wiley, 37, McPherson, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Aug. 30 to Nov. 5, 2019, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, stimulants, and drug paraphernalia and Dec. 29 and 30, 2022, for violating his probation and failing to appear in court.
