NEW ARRESTS

Jason L. Anderson, 50, Peabody, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Also held in lieu of $100 bail for failing to appear in court. Previously jailed eight times for a total of all or part of 43 days between Nov. 16, 2017, and Jan. 18, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, for failing to appear in court three times, for allegedly violating his probation once, and on suspicion of distributing marijuana and of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia.

George M. Gore, 63, Durham, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released 24 minutes later after posting $50 bail.

Calvin J. Hinz, 41, Lincolnville, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of burglary of a vehicle. Released 1½ hours later without bond. Previously jailed Aug. 11, 2021, on suspicion of two counts of theft.

Ronald J. Lehman, 28, Wichita, transferred to county jail Monday for allegedly violating his probation. Previously jailed March 13 to 20, 2018, on court orders.

Richard T. Litton, 39, Peabody, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of two counts of making a criminal threat, battery, interference with law enforcement, and criminal damage to property. Held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed nine times for a total of all or part of 333 days between Feb. 1, 2018, and Oct. 12, 2021. Previous jailing were for allegedly violating his probation two times, for failing to appear in court three times, on court orders once, and on suspicion of aggravated assault, assaulting a law enforcement officer two times, battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, criminal damage to property, criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, disorderly conduct, domestic battery three times, endangering a child, falsely reporting a crime, and interfering with law enforcement two times.

Dawn M. Setzer, 41, Burns, jailed Oct. 14 for 10 days on court orders. Previously jailed seven times for a total of all or part of 16 days between May 22, 2022, and June 28, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for allegedly violating her probation twice, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants three times and drug paraphernalia twice.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 21, Hillsboro, jailed Monday for undisclosed reasons and held without bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 12 days between Jan. 23 and Dec. 29, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders once, for failing to appear in court four times, for allegedly violating his probation, and on suspicion of domestic battery twice, criminal damage to property twice, and single counts of underage possession of alcohol once and of possession of stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Jalynn R. Wenger, 20, Salina, arrested Oct. 14 by a sheriff’s deputy for driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 12 hours later on her own recognizance, promising to pay $1,500 if she failed to appear in court.
