NEW Jailings

Jouanna S. Cain, 33, Florence, jailed Saturday for five days on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 12 days between April 28, 2023, and July 13, 2024. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating her probation, for failing to appear in court three times, on court orders, and on suspicion of theft by deception and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Jaloliddin Ganiev, 23, Philadelphia, arrested Thursday by Peabody police on an unspecified warrant. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond.

Calvin J. Hinz, 41, Lincolnville, arrested Oct. 30 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery and for failing to appear in court. Released Friday on his own recognizance, promising to pay $2,500 if he fails to appear in court again. Previously jailed Oct. 21 on suspicion of burglary and Aug. 11, 2021, on suspicion of two counts of theft.

Lilia V. Orozco, 49, Marion, jailed Wednesday for twice failing to appear in court. Released 20 minutes later on her own recognizance, promising to pay $5,000 if she fails to appear in court again. Previously jailed Dec. 7, 2023, on suspicion of three times giving worthless checks.

Autumn B. Padgett, 18, Florence, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Released 6½ hours later on her own recognizance, promising to pay $1,500 if she fails to appear in court.

Robert J. Stefan, 64, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of posting a $1,000 bond. Previously jailed April 9, 2021, for failing to appear in court.
