NEW ARRESTS

Michael S. Nelson, 51, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated violation of offender registration. Released four hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed Jan. 14, 2019, for failing to appear in court.

Kalleigh M. Saenz, 26, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Aug. 2 on suspicion of domestic battery, making a criminal threat, and battery of a law enforcement officer.

Joshua J. Smalley, 40, Florence, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of making false information. Bond not set. Previously jailed March 29 to 31, 2019, for undisclosed reasons; Aug. 31 to Sept. 18, 2018, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; and Jan. 22 to Feb. 13, 2018, for failing to appear in court.

Deann N. Spencer, 44, Peabody, jailed Nov. 19 for 72 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Aug. 24, 2023, for being in contempt of court and April 20 to May 8, 2023, on a Harvey County warrant and on suspicion of possessing an unknown controlled substance.

Richard R. Tindall, 38, Peabody, arrested Nov. 19 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 19 hours later after posting a $1,500 bond.
