NEW JAILINGS
Hayden C. Blevins, 23, Marion, jailed Thursday for 72 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 24 days between Dec. 17, 2020, and July 28, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders twice and on suspicion of felony theft, aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct.
Joseph E. Fiedler, 27, Wichita, jailed Friday for three hours for a court appearance. Previously jailed Nov. 8 to 13 on court orders and Nov. 28 to Dec. 15, 2023, for contempt of court and on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm and of possessing stimulants, stolen property, and drug paraphernalia.
Ryan A. Hardey, 25, Durham arrested Jan. 22 by a jailer on suspicion of theft by deception and vehicular burglary. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 305 days between Feb. 23, 2018, and Nov. 6, 2020. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating his probation nine times, for failing to appear in court twice, and on suspicion of battery, distributing stimulants, being a felon in possession of a firearm, criminal use of a weapon, possessing a stolen firearm, and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Joseph L. Harrold, 49, Wichita, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Held in lieu of posting a $2,500 bond.
Hunter A. Kline, 29, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of making a criminal threat. Bond not set.
Calvin W. Lee, 51, Wichita, jailed Friday for three days on court orders. Previously jailed Aug. 9 to 13 on court orders; June 30 to Aug. 11, 2023, on suspicion of aggravated assault and violating an order of protection; and Jan. 3 to 4, 2023, on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, having no vehicle liability insurance, displaying a license plate other than the one assigned, and transporting an open container of alcohol.
Lane R. Lippelmann, 22, McPherson, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released four hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.
Lane H. Mayfield, 18, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released three hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.
Julie N. Salas, 44, McPherson, arrested Jan. 21 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released 30 minutes later after posting a $3,500 bond. Previously jailed Aug. 30 on suspicion of the same offense.
Deann N. Spencer, 45, Peabody, arrested Jan. 22 by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating her probation. Released 27½ hours later on her own recognizance after promising to pay $5,000 should she fail to appear in court. Previously jailed Nov. 19 to 22 on court orders; Aug. 24, 2023, for contempt of court; and April 20 to May 9, 2023, on a Harvey County warrant and on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
