NEW ARRESTS

Jeremy Banker, 59, Hillsboro, arrested Feb. 17 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 12 hours later without bond.

Casey D. Banker, 38, Hillsboro, arrested Feb. 17 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 12 hours later without bond.

Jessica L. Billinger, 47, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of disorderly conduct, making a criminal threat, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released 12 hours later on her own recognizance, promising to pay $1,500 should she fail to appear in court.

Skylar R. Creed, 22, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating offender registration. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond.

Samantha J. Domnick, 38, Wichita, arrested Friday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released two hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Jason W. Hall, 36, Tampa, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating probation. Held without bond.

Clinton W. Hanna, 54, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery and disorderly conduct. Released 11 hours later on his own recognizance, promising to pay $1,500 should he fail to appear in court.

Nicol R. Hardey, 44, Durham, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court five times. Held in lieu of posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed Dec. 20, 2023, also for failing to appear in court.

Corbin D. Marple, 21, Derby, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Oct. 4 for allegedly violating his probation.

Samantha J. Ratzloff, 27, Hillsboro, arrested Feb. 19 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 16 hours later on her own recognizance, promising to pay $5,000 if she fails to appear in court.

Todd P. Singley, 48, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 101 days between May 15, 2022, and Dec. 1, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, for allegedly violating his probation once, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of aggravated battery.
