NEW ARRESTS

Tyler P. Belty, 30, Tulsa, arrested Saturday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, and driving in a wrong lane. Released 14 hours later without bond.

Timothy C. Boseman, 30, Jacksonville, Texas, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion on possessing marijuana and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released 12 hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Harrison B. Edwards, 35, Emporia, jailed April 23 for failing to appear in court. Released Monday after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed April 19 to 21 for failing to appear in court, Nov. 24 to 26 on court orders, and Nov. 20 to 22, 2023, on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Joshua L. Friesen, 42, Hillsboro, arrested April 23 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia. Released 25½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed March 19 to 21, 2022, on court orders.

Sara J. Lanham, 30, Newton, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; theft; and introducing contraband to a correctional facility. Released 26 hours later after posting a $10,000 bond.

Eliseo A. Mendoza, 38, Wichita, arrested April 23 by a state trooper on suspicion of driving without a license appropriate for the class of vehicle, having excessively tinted vehicle windows, and improper use of lanes. Released 2½ days later after posting a $1,500 bond.

Juan J. Ochoa Rodriguez, 39, Houston, arrested April 23 by a state trooper on suspicion of driving without a valid license. Released 2½ days later after posting a $1,500 bond.

Belinda S. Robinson, 48, Manhattan, arrested April 23 by Hillsboro police on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of posting $4,500 in bonds.

Michael W. Sigel, 52, Marion, jailed April 21 for 48 hours on court orders. Sentenced Feb. 3 in Chase County to serve 60 days in Marion County Jail in increments of not less than two days. He now appears to have served 22 of those days in 11 separate jailings since Feb. 10 although jail records seem to list him as being continuously jailed since Feb. 10.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 22, Hillsboro, arrested April 22 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of violating probation three times. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $7,500 bond. Previously jailed eight times for a total of all or part of 22 days between Jan. 23, 2023, and Nov. 17, 2024. Previous jailings were on suspicion of criminal damage to property, domestic battery twice, disorderly conduct, underage purchase of alcohol, and possession of stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; for allegedly violating probation; for failing to appear in court four times; and on court orders three times.
