MORE

ARRESTS AND BOOKINGS

This jail roster was obtained Tuesday from the jail’s inmate listing system. The system was downgraded May 3, making it unclear whether the roster is complete. The system no longer lists all continuing or released inmates at once. Rather, continuing and released inmates must be searched for 26 times, once for each letter of the alphabet, by first letter of the last name of each inmate.

NEW JAILINGS

Angela D. Doty, 47, Peabody, jailed May 6 for 72 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 32 days between Dec. 21, 2022, and Jan. 22, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, having no marijuana tax stamp, and failing to display a driver’s license on demand; for allegedly violating her probation twice; and on court orders four times.

David N. Gomez, 25, San Antonio, Texas. arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released 12 hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Bastien G. Le Guenic, 37, Hollywood, Florida. arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and speeding. Released 12 hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Jeremy A. Mallam, 32, Marion, arrested May 7 by Hillsboro police for failing to appear in court. Released two hours later after posting $300 cash bail. Previously jailed Oct. 28 for allegedly violating his probation; Oct. 17 to Dec. 20, 2021, for failing to appear in court; and Nov. 22 to Dec. 1, 2020, on suspicion of theft, for allegedly violating his probation, and for failing to appear in court.

Anthony M. Rziha, 20, Wichita, jailed Monday on suspicion of aggravated assault, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy. Released six hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Destiny R. Schroeder, 29, Valley Center, arrested Saturday by a state trooper on an outstanding warrant, for failing to appear in court, and on suspicion of not displaying a license plate and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 4½ hours later after posting $2,250 in bonds.

Michael W. Sigel, 52, Marion, apparently jailed for 48 hours on court orders, continuing a pattern that began, according to court records, Feb. 10. The jail roster incorrectly listed him as jailed continuously from Feb. 10 through Saturday then was changed to say that he was jailed continuously from April 21 to Saturday but was still listed as being in custody Monday.
