NEW JAILINGS

Brooklyn D. Bailey, 24, Cedar Point, jailed Sept. 17 for failing to appear in court. Released 26½ hours later after posting a $1,500 bond.

Angela D. Doty, 48, Peabody, jailed Sept. 17 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed eight times for a total of all or part of 48 days between Dec. 21, 2022, and July 7, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, having no drug tax stamp, and failing to carry and exhibit a driver’s license; for allegedly violating her probation three times; and on court orders five times.

Sabrina L. Hessel, 30, Hillsboro, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released two hours later after posting a $2,000 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 10 days between March 21, 2018, and May 7, 2023. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic violence and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; for failing to appear in court twice; and on court orders twice.

Anthony B. Jay, 51, Wichita, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving an unregistered vehicle, without liability insurance or a required anti-drinking ignition interlock, while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released two hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Austin B. Ochoa, 30, Hesston, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Ashlee M. Paquette, 29, Peabody, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on an unspecified warrant. Bond not set.
