NEW JAILINGS

Braeden A. Hayes, 26, Wichita, jailed Saturday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 17 days between April 18, 2021, and Feb. 11, 2024. Previous jailings were on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked and on court orders five times.

Kevin R. Hasley, 19, McPherson, arrested Sept. 23 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of speeding and displaying or possessing a fictitious, revoked, or suspended driver’s license. Released 10 hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Bruce A. Whitenack, 44, Peabody, rearrested Monday by Peabody police on suspicion of violating an order of protection from abuse. Held in lieu of posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed Aug. 24 through Sunday on suspicion of aggravated battery.
