NEW JAILINGS

Angela D. Doty, 48, Peabody, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed nine times for a total of all or part of 51 days between Dec. 21, 2022, and July 7, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, failing to carry and exhibit a driver’s license on demand, and failing to have a drug tax stamp; for allegedly violating her probation three times previously; and on court orders six times.

John E. Hall-Kennedy, 29, Walnut, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 28 days between Dec. 19, 2019, and May 2, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing and distributing stimulants and drug paraphernalia; for failing to appear in court three times; and for allegedly violating his probation once previously.

Braeden A. Hayes, 26, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 17 days between April 18, 2021, and Feb. 11, 2024. Previous jailings were on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked and five times on court orders.

Reginald V. Matz, 70, Hillsboro, jailed Oct. 14 for 24 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 11 to 13, 2024, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failing to report an accident with an unattended vehicle.

Patricia L. Miller, 44, Topeka, jailed Oct. 15 for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of all or part of 116 days between Dec. 8, 2020, and Mary 31, 2024. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating her probation twice previously; on three unspecified warrants, including one from Georgia; on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia twice, of transporting an open container of alcohol, and of driving while her license was cancelled, suspended, or revoked; for failing to appear in court five times; and on court orders twice.
