NEW Jailings

Shannon L. Albright, 35, Goessel, jailed Nov. 25 for failing to appear in court. Released 32 hours later after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed Aug. 11 to 19 for failing to appear in court; May 18 to Dec. 8, 2022, on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a weapon; and Feb. 23 to March 8, 2022, on a Newton warrant and for allegedly violating his probation.

Joshua A. Bradley, 40, Downs, jailed Nov. 24 for 14 days on court orders. Previously jailed June 27 to Aug. 26 on court orders; Oct. 10 to 15, 2024, for allegedly violating his probation; March 14 and 15, 2023, for failing to appear in court; and June 21, 2022, on suspicion of soliciting to distribute depressants, possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, having no drug tax stamp, speeding, and failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance.

Chris D. Carr, 44, Peabody, arrested Nov. 25 by a state trooper on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia. Released nine hours later after posting a $15,000 bond. Previously jailed March 17 and 18, 2024, on suspicion of theft.

Angela D. Doty, 48, Peabody, jailed Monday for 60 days on court orders. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of all or part of 66 days between Dec. 21, 2022, and Nov. 3, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, having no drug tax stamp, and failing to carry a driver’s license; for allegedly violating her probation four times; and on court orders six times.

Nancy D. Garcia, 51, Marion, jailed Nov. 26 for allegedly violating her probation. Previously jailed 14 times for a total of all or part of 236 days between Jan. 26, 2018, and March 27, 2025. Released Monday after posting a $1,000 bond. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, being held for the Department of Corrections once, for allegedly violating her probation seven times, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of domestic battery three times; driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked twice; assault; aggravated burglary; simple burglary; criminal restraint; interfering with law enforcement; violating an order of protection; failing to provide child support; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; and transporting an open container of alcohol.
