NEW JAILINGS

Amanda D. Brown, 35, Hope, jailed Dec. 22 for failing to appear in court. Released six hours later after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed seven times for a total of all of part of 14 days between June 2, 2018, and July 16, 2025. Previous jailings for failing to appear in court six times and on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia.

Christian A. Collins-Morales, 28, Wichita, arrested Dec. 21 by Peabody police on suspicion of possessing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and no drug tax stamp. Released 50 hours later without bond.

Japheth S. Dunnahoo, 36, Peabody, arrested Dec. 21 by Peabody police on suspicion of aggravated battery, attempted aggravated kidnapping, aggravated intimidation of a witness, and child abuse. Released 45½ hours later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed Oct. 19 and 20, 2018, on suspicion of domestic battery, stalking, theft, aggravated sexual battery, and aggravated burglary and Feb. 16 to 18, 2018, on court orders

James J. Garrett, 47, Burlington, arrested Friday by Marion police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released six hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Matthew D. John, 22, Overland Park, arrested Dec. 21 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of speeding and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 16 hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

Ian A. Weisbeck, 48, Hillsboro, jailed Dec. 22 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of all or part of 260 days between Nov. 26, 2018, and Dec. 10, 2024. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic battery three times and of criminal damage to property, vehicle burglary, and criminal trespassing once; for failing to appear in court six times; for allegedly violating his probation seven times; on unspecified warrants twice; and on court orders once.
