Cheyanna M. Maggard, 23, Hillsboro, jailed Jan. 14 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed Feb. 16 to March 28 on suspicion of domestic battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, interfering with law enforcement, making a criminal threat, and disorderly conduct.

Jesse L.R. Rose, 25, Newton, jailed Jan. 14 for failing to appear in court. Released 17 minutes later after posting a $500 bond.

Seth B. Strada, 35, Hope, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released 11 hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.
