NEW JAILINGS

Angela D. Doty, 48, Peabody, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed 12 times for a total of all or part of 126 days between Dec. 21, 2022, and Jan. 30, 2026. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, having no drug tax stamp, and failing to carry a driver’s license; for allegedly violating her probation four times; and on court orders seven times.

Preston C. Hayes Jr., 37, Jay, Oklahoma, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court and on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of posting $4,500 in bonds.

Sabrina L. Hessel, 31, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed seven times for all or part of 14 days between March 21, 2018, and Feb. 1, 2026. Previous jailings were on suspicion of domestic battery, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; for failing to appear in court; and on court orders three times.

Jeremy A. Mallam, 33, Lincoln, jailed Monday for McPherson County.

Ryan E. Williams, 42, Marion, arrested March 17 by Marion police on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Held in lieu of posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed June 13 to 16 on suspicion of violating the state offender registration act.
