NEW JAILINGS
Jaden A. Cutsinger, 30, Hutchinson, jailed Thursday for four days on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 27 days between July 5, 2020, and Feb. 13, 2026. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, for allegedly violating his probation once, and on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a valid license, failing to surrender registration as required, interfering with law enforcement, transporting an open container of alcohol, and having no vehicle liability insurance.
Skuyler B. Farha, 44, Wichita, arrested June 24 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, interfering with law enforcement,and theft by deception and for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of posting $12,500 in bonds. Previously jailed Dec. 6 to 15 on suspicion of criminal trespassing and interfering with law enforcement.
Brian W. Hiebert, 29, Hillsboro, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and an unidentified controlled substance. Bond not set. Previously jailed 11 times for a total of all or part of 306 days between Aug. 19, 2018, and Oct. 28, 2024. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court five times, for allegedly violating his probation five times, on court orders once, for contempt of court once, and on suspicion of five counts of theft and single counts of possessing stimulants, drug paraphernalia marijuana, and another controlled subtance; driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; contributing to a child’s misconduct; supplying alcohol or beer to a minor; burglary; criminal trespassing; interfering with law enforcement; forgery; criminal use of a financial card; and driving without a valid license, registration, and liability insurance.
Jesse L. Marshall, 45, Wichita, arrested June 24 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery and for failing to appear in court four times. Bond not set. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 170 days between Oct. 7, 2022, and July 22, 2024. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating his probation three times and on suspicion of assault twice, damage to property three times, interference with law enforcement twice, criminal trespassing twice, and single counts of battery, aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, making a criminal threat, criminal battery of a law enforcement officer, and assault of a law enforcement officer.
Gilbert E. Ramirez, 19, McPherson, jailed Thursday for allegedly violating his probation. Released 20 hours later without bond. Previously jailed July 8 and 9 on suspicion of battery and child endangerment.
Krystal D. Salazar-Fritz, 42, Peabody, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released 20 minutes later on her own recognizance, promising to pay $500 should she fail to appear in court again.
