NEW ARRESTS

Sean M. Blansett, 39, Burns, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stolen property, an undetermined controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia; displaying a license plate not assigned; failing to have vehicle liability insurance; and driving without a valid license. Released 20½ hours later after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed March 6 on suspicion of aggravated assault, attempted aggravated burglary, and battery.

Ashley M. Decker, 40, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police for twice failing to appear in court. Released 21 hours later after posting a $5,000 bond in one case and promising to pay $1,000 should she fail to appear in the other.

Tessa D. Gray, 44, Peabody, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of distributing heroin or stimulants, possessing drug paraphernalia, having no drug tax stamp, and failing to obey a railroad crossing signal. Released 16 hours later after posting a $50,000 bond. Previously jailed 13 times for a total of all or part of 97 days between March 27, 2018, and Feb. 23, 2026. Previous jailings were for allegedly violating her probation five times, for failing to appear in court three times, on court orders twice, and on suspicion of criminal use of a financial card and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyler J. Parton, 27, Kansas City, Missouri, arrested June 30 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving without a valid license. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

Christa M. Pretz, 35, Hillsboro, jailed Sunday for being in contempt of court. Released 27 minutes later after posting $100 cash bail.
